My mother was 45 when I was born

I am 20 years old. My mother was 45 and my father 49 when I was born. They they did a wonderful job, and I couldn't have asked for a better situation.

My mom says having a baby when you are older helps you focus more on that baby, and she says it helps keep you young. All her friends were knitting, and she was out paddle-boating on a lake with me and going to school field trips! She has tons of energy.

I say GO FOR IT! I loved it that my parents were older, because they are wiser and love me more, but at the same time, I fear I may lose them because of age, and am jealous of siblings who got to have more time with my mom and dad.
